As Founder and President, she sets the vision, leads with faith, builds meaningful partnerships, and ensures that every effort the organization makes reflects the love and purpose at the heart of Trevon's story.
A retired Army officer, senior operations leader, and dedicated community servant, Shirle Fleming brings a rare combination of discipline, strategic expertise, and genuine heart to her role within the organization.
Professionally, Shirle serves as a senior director of operations supporting multiple businesses, overseeing complex programs, financial performance, and organizational execution at scale. As the aunt of Trevon Harris, this work is personal. She is committed to helping build an organization that is not only impactful today but sustainable for years to come.
Outside of her professional life, Shirle is a devoted wife and mother, an active missionary, and a passionate volunteer who gives her time to food donations and community outreach.
A goal-driven leader with both academic excellence and a deeply personal connection to this mission, Ar'riyauna Fleming brings purpose, discipline, and dedication to every aspect of her role. As the cousin of Trevon Harris, she grew up alongside him, sharing a bond she describes as that of a big sister and little brother.
Ar'riyauna holds a Master's degree and is actively pursuing her goal of becoming a medical doctor, a testament to the same spirit of determination and service that defines her contributions here. Her compassion, attention to detail, and forward-thinking approach make her an invaluable part of the team.
Alicia Buckley brings a powerful and distinctive combination of data-driven strategy and genuine passion for people to her role as Director of Community Engagement. She has both a professional and a very personal connection to youth. Alicia is naturally able to meet young people where they are, to listen, to relate and to create spaces where teens and young adults feel truly empowered and heard.
For Alicia, community engagement goes far beyond events and programs. It is about building authentic relationships that help every young person find their sense of belonging and believe in what they are capable of.
With over 35 years of dedicated service in city government and more than 40 years as an entrepreneur, Cheryl White brings an extraordinary depth of experience, creativity, and leadership to her role as director of special events. Her career is a testament to her commitment to public service, community building, and executing initiatives with purpose and precision.
Throughout her career, Cheryl has actively participated in and championed community events that connect and celebrate the people around her. As a grandmother, she holds a special appreciation for the importance of legacy and creating positive experiences for future generations.
For over 50 years, Dr. Linda Morgan has been a spiritual anchor for the Trevon Harris Organization, dedicated to faith and community. As the grandmother of Trevon Harris, her presence in this mission is immeasurable. Her dedication to ensuring his legacy continues through strong faith, love, and purposeful service is unwavering.
Her record of community service speaks for itself. From Christmas toy giveaways and feeding the homeless to clothing drives and managing a food pantry, Dr. Morgan has demonstrated throughout her life what it truly means to show up for others without hesitation.
